You will design and implement machine learning and data management solutions within a healthcare context.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support modern data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, and SQL data warehouses.
• Translate complex product requirements into functional data engineering and data management designs.
• Develop and deploy large-scale Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects.
• Manage and manipulate large datasets using PySpark and Python.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data management and analysis using Python and PySpark.
• 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with at least two deployed ML/NLP projects.
• 5+ years of experience working within cloud ecosystems, preferably Azure.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and DataFrames.
• Expertise in SAS development and usage.
• Practical experience building Databricks and Azure Data Factories.
• Deep understanding of normalized and dimensional data modeling principles.
• Broad knowledge of data mining, NLP algorithms, and Deep Learning (DL) frameworks.
• Recent experience working within the healthcare industry.
