Description

You will architect, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models and Generative AI techniques to enhance business applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and GPU-based inference systems in cloud environments.
• Translate business requirements from product managers and data scientists into technical specifications.
• Implement prompt engineering and adversarial testing to ensure high-quality, efficient model outputs.
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics while coordinating with offshore technical teams.
• Present AI methodologies and performance trade-offs to non-technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as an ML Engineer, including 1-2 years focused on Generative AI or NLP.
• Strong proficiency in Python and IDEs like Cursor/AWS Kiro.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama), RAG, LangChain, and Vector Databases.
• Experience with ML/LLM Ops using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with AWS services, specifically S3, Lambda, Glue, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
