You will architect, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models and Generative AI techniques to enhance business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy LLMs using RAG, PEFT, and SFT techniques.
• Build scalable ML pipelines and GPU-based inference systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Implement prompt engineering and adversarial testing to ensure model quality.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with product managers.
• Define project scope and timelines while guiding offshore technical teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ML Engineering experience, with 1-2 years focused on Generative AI or NLP.
• Strong proficiency in Python and IDEs like Cursor or AWS Kiro.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Llama), RAG architectures, and LangChain.
• Experience deploying models using Docker and Kubernetes within CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS services including S3, Lambda, Glue, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and work independently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
