Description

Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems and machine learning applications. This role owns the full lifecycle from architectural design and model evaluation to production deployment and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture and implementation of mission-critical, highly available machine learning applications.
• Build and evaluate supervised and unsupervised learning models to define and maximize accuracy.
• Implement end-to-end LLM security risk management and automated protections.
• Support production deployments of AI/ML safety systems using containers, serverless, CI/CD, and APIs.
• Apply mathematical modeling and statistical methods to solve complex engineering problems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software or machine learning engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python with a focus on machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Practical experience with LLMs and OpenAI APIs.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms and mathematical modeling.
• Experience designing mission-critical, highly available enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, APIs, and cloud-native deployment techniques.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for working in diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI architecture and design.
