Description

Lead the technical design and deployment of machine learning models integrated directly into user-facing products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML systems focused on product integration.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and optimize ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement best practices for model monitoring, maintenance, and improvement.
• Mentor junior team members on ML best practices and engineering principles.

Required Skills

• 6+ years building and deploying ML systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python with scikit-learn, pandas, and numpy.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Demonstrated integration of ML capabilities into user-facing products.
• Understanding of MLOps: model serving, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools: feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries.
• Experience with generative AI: LLMs or diffusion models.
• API frameworks: FastAPI or Flask.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, vector databases, or RAG.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
