Description

Lead the machine learning team with technical vision and roadmap alignment. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models from data engineering to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the machine learning roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and optimize ML models using Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Pre-process data and engineer features for robust model training.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Mentor junior engineers and translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
• Expert-level Python programming with deep knowledge of ML libraries.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and data analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, or Google AI Platform.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
