Description

You will lead the technical direction for the ML and Python platform infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive industry best practices for MLOps and Python.
• Analyze incidents reported via help desk across SageMaker, Python, S3, and Snowflake.
• Manage security user additions and address report failures, including refreshing Tableau extracts.
• Support code deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor loading jobs, queries, and reports for performance breaches and address issues.
• Provide support for performance monitoring and integration tasks during optimization phases.
• Generate weekly reports detailing handled incidents, issues, fixes, and workarounds.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise with SageMaker.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AWS S3.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Ability to perform incident analysis on platform components.
