Description

You will lead the technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations with MarTech platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM.
• Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to define technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Translate business requirements from client workshops into technical specifications.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in MarTech.
• 3+ years of experience in campaign and offer management application development.
• Proficiency with CDP and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM.
• Experience with platforms like Naehas.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts.
• Any Graduate degree.
