You will integrate internal LLMs and chatbots into service department workflows to automate client interactions and optimize support hand-offs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Integrate existing internal LLM versions into service systems to automate client interactions.
• Develop chatbots for service deflection, including routing to sales or support and providing knowledge articles.
• Build automated solutions to manage client inquiries during off-hours for continuous coverage.
• Optimize information hand-off processes between automated bots and support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Experience working with LLMs and chatbot implementation.
• Experience with the Einstein platform.
• Ability to build automated routing and deflection workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
