Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ML pipelines to support production machine learning workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines on Databricks.
• Integrate machine learning workflows with Azure services.
• Deploy and optimize ranking models in production environments.
• Automate CI/CD processes for machine learning deployment and iteration.
• Monitor model performance using A/B testing and versioning management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure services.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML.
• Deep expertise in Elasticsearch and search ranking optimization.
• Experience implementing Learning to Rank (LTR) models in Elasticsearch.
• Practical use of MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing and model versioning strategies.

• Degree in any field of study.
