Description

You will manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI/ML models and services in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Package and deploy AI/ML services to production independently.
• Monitor and maintain AI/ML services post-deployment to ensure reproducibility and interpretability.
• Transform Jupyter notebooks into production-grade, thoroughly tested code.
• Identify MLOps maturity gaps and provide technical input for modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to troubleshoot data pipelines and perform ETL/ELT tasks using SQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Proven track record in AI/ML application development, testing, serving, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python libraries including pandas, scikit-learn, and xgboost.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and NLP applications.
• Expertise in Git, including branching, merging, and code reviews.
• Experience with Unix/Linux command line tools and shell/bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Cloud Provider, preferably Azure.
• Ability to write both object-oriented and functional code.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with orchestration tools such as Metaflow, ZenML, Kedro, Airflow, or Dagster.
• Knowledge of web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem, including Spark, Kafka, Hive, or Impala.
