You will manage the intersection of machine learning, backend engineering, and platform infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit a high-performance engineering team.
• Break down complex problems into manageable tasks and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain DevOps pipelines and infrastructure provisioning processes.
• Develop backend APIs and ensure quality parameters for all deliverables.
• Manage workflows using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure services.
• Strong backend engineering skills, specifically in API development.
• Understanding of Predictive and Generative AI/ML models.
• Experience with TDD and platform engineering concepts.
• Ability to estimate project timelines and manage deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.
