Description

Build healthcare applications and manage the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and write service code using Python and Java for Kubernetes and Lambda deployments.
• Manage model deployment pipelines, including updating Docker containers and handling model version control.
• Monitor infrastructure to investigate latency spikes and set up deployment alerts.
• Patch vulnerabilities to maintain compliance with security requirements.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Scientists, DevOps, and InfoSec to ensure scalable and secure AI infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or ML lifecycle management.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with Java.
• Highly proficient with AWS services including Bedrock, S3, OpenSearch, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and AWS Batch.
• Deep experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
• Experience managing all phases of the AI/ML lifecycle from discovery to monitoring.
• Proficiency with Boto3 and Git.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or OpenCV.
