Description

You will manage and optimize SQL Server environments, supporting infrastructure teams through migrations and cloud transitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support SQL Server applications, including SSIS and SSRS.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ETL processes.
• Perform database migrations, version upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
• Manage SQL availability and optimization across MSSQL 2008 through 2022.
• Provide mentorship, knowledge transfer, and documentation for the DBA team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and Managed Instances.
• Knowledge of SQL Server components including SSIS and SSRS.
• Experience performing database migrations and upgrades.
• Ability to work with SQL backups and disaster recovery protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AlwaysOn and other High Availability SQL technologies.
• Experience with Oracle database platforms.
