Description

Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications within a Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Manage the full release lifecycle from feature inception to Google Play launch using automated tooling.
• Implement DevOps, automated testing, and continuous delivery workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and pair programming within the Android development team.
• Mentor and coach other Android developers in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience developing publicly available Android apps.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Coroutines, and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM).
• Verifiable experience with Android SDK, Gradle, and Android Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Groovy, and Concourse for CI/CD.
• Experience using Google Developer APIs for app releases.
• Proven track record of releasing at least one app to Google Play.
• Fluency in Java and/or Kotlin.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
