Description

Lead the vision and development of multi-platform mobile and .NET web applications. Own the technical direction from architecture through production support.

Responsibilities

• Envision and develop iOS, Android, and .NET web applications.
• Collaborate with the Mobile Enterprise Architect on project architecture, technology selection, and system design.
• Coordinate with development teams to create class models, sequence diagrams, and component models.
• Advise development teams during analysis, development, and testing phases.
• Lead production troubleshooting and War Room activities when required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Unified Modelling Language (UML).
• Extensive experience with Xamarin, iOS, Android, .NET, and WCF/Web API.
• Expertise in stateless distributed architectures, designing for scalability and performance.
• Deep understanding of event-driven and delegate-based design paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming, threading, and related design patterns.
• Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and enterprise patterns.
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques and various normal forms.
• Experience with multi-tier and cross-platform architectures driven towards mobility.

Preferred Skills

• Technical proficiency with HTTP, AJAX, HTML5, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, and Web Services.
• Experience using JIRA, TFS, BizTalk, SAP XI, and Excel Services.
