Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Test mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms across multiple devices and OS versions.
• Validate AI/ML-powered features, recommendations, chatbots, and intelligent workflows.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Execute API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Perform performance, usability, compatibility, and security testing.
• Develop and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Mobile Application Testing (Android & iOS).
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Appium, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing AI/ML-enabled applications and conversational AI features.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• ISTQB or other QA certifications preferred.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
