Description

You will lead the architectural direction for the UI platform and design end-to-end systems to improve developer agility and app health metrics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architectures for new and existing product spaces to ensure alignment with technical requirements.
• Spend approximately 75% of your time in active development, creating modules that serve as benchmarks for best practices.
• Drive the adoption of standards for coding, design, quality, and performance across the team.
• Own the long-term technology vision and lead massive refactoring exercises to improve large codebases.
• Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in scalable product development involving large data handling or high transaction processing.
• In-depth understanding of Android, iOS, or web platforms.
• Expertise in mobile architecture and system design.
• Strong object-oriented programming (OO) skills with the ability to craft clean interfaces and abstractions.
• Proven experience with high-performance, web-scale, and real-time response systems.
• Ability to manage the complete product development lifecycle from inception through to scaling and re-architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex, large-scale technical challenges.
• Ability to operate effectively in fuzzy environments with undefined boundaries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ReactNative.
