Description

Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, accessible mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design mobile application architectures that meet business requirements, security standards, and scalability needs.
• Lead development teams in building applications using ReactNative.
• Enforce ADA and WCAG compliance by implementing screen reader support, color contrast, and alternative input methods.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure performance, quality, and adherence to accessibility best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation for design and development processes.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience in mobile architecture and development.
• Expertise in ReactNative development.
• Experience with Java and Objective-C type applications.
• Proficiency with Xcode and Android Studio.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Deep understanding of ADA compliance, WCAG guidelines, and mobile accessibility.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flutter or other cross-platform frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud services and backend integration.
