Lead architectural improvements and stability for the UKG Pro Mobile iOS application.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the resilience and performance of the iOS mobile application.
• Harden the application to improve overall stability.
• Review and optimize existing Swift and Objective-C codebases.
• Conduct performance testing and implement necessary optimizations.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to align development goals and strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in iOS development.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong understanding of Objective-C.
• Experience improving the resilience and performance of iOS applications.
• Familiarity with Xcode and Xcode Instruments.
• Knowledge of hybrid technologies like Cordova and their interaction with native iOS solutions.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams in the US and India.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Experience optimizing large-scale mobile applications for global audiences.
