Description

Manage mobile automated and manual testing for iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality and performance test plans and roadmaps.
• Partner with delivery teams to implement testing strategies.
• Execute hands-on automation and performance monitoring.
• Perform information gathering using Unix and Linux shell scripting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in mobile testing.
• Expert understanding of mobile (iOS and Android) automated and manual testing.
• Strong experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Protractor.
• Proficiency in Java, including JVM architecture, tuning, GC, and thread dump analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS (Oracle and PostgreSQL).
• Deep understanding of Oracle architecture, SQL tuning, and explain plans.
• Experience with JMeter and at least one other performance tool like LoadRunner, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of load balancer mechanisms, virtual servers, and connection persistence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JMX based JVM monitoring.
• Skills in writing shell scripts for Linux/Unix environments.
