Description

You will design and implement scalable UI and API automation frameworks for OTT applications across Android TV, Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, and Smart TVs.

Responsibilities

• Automate OTT applications using Appium and execute functional and regression testing across web, mobile, and streaming platforms.
• Design scalable API automation frameworks using RestAssured, validate responses, and troubleshoot issues with Postman and Charles Proxy.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Maven to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage cloud resources on AWS (EC2, S3) and support deployment activities for test environments.
• Prepare detailed test reports using ExtentReports and Allure, and maintain dashboards in Jira/TestRail.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java or Python automation.
• Strong proficiency with Selenium, Appium, and TestNG.
• Experience building data-driven frameworks and implementing Page Object Model (POM) design.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber and CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitHub.
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation and testing.
• Familiarity with Charles Proxy and network analysis tools.
• Experience with AWS EC2 and S3 for cloud resource management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Media or OTT domain and streaming workflows.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology, including Scrum, sprint planning, and standups.
