Description

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation test frameworks using Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or Detox.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for iOS and Android applications.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Bitrise.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience in QA Automation, with at least 2+ years focused on mobile automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Appium (Java, Python, or JavaScript) for cross-platform mobile testing.
• Familiarity with native automation frameworks such as Espresso (Android) or XCUITest (iOS).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages — Java, Python, JavaScript, or Kotlin.
• Experience using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, etc.).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
• Understanding of REST APIs and ability to automate API tests (Postman, RestAssured).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
