Description

Lead mobile automation efforts and manage testing lifecycles for native applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mobile test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Coordinate execution status between offshore and onsite QA teams.
• Distribute technical tasks among team members according to project plans.
• Review peer tasks regularly to ensure adherence to project standards.
• Execute mobile performance testing and monitor application health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile automation testing.
• Expertise in iOS testing using XCTest and XCUITest.
• Android testing experience with Espresso, UI Automator, Robolectric, and Jetpack Compose.
• Proficiency with Jenkins and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Experience with Charles Proxy or Fiddler for network interception.
• Hands-on use of Dynatrace and Splunk for analytics.
• Experience with Gradle, SourceTree, and Jira.
• Knowledge of Confluence and MindMap.
• Ability to test native mobile applications using industry-standard techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing distributed teams in a lead capacity.
