Description

Lead mobile automation testing for a suite of applications, owning the strategy, framework design, and execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using AccelQ or similar frameworks.
• Define mobile automation strategies, best practices, and guidelines for the team.
• Implement and enhance automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software QA with a focus on mobile application testing.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing mobile automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architectures, SDKs, and APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience leading a team of automation engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android platform specifics.
