Description

You will design and execute test plans for software features, focusing on API automation and functional testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for software features.
• Perform API functional testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
• Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues in software applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Review product documentation and enhance testing processes to prevent defects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in API functional testing.
• Experience with Postman and Rest Assured for automation.
• Proficiency in SQL for database testing.
• Familiarity with Octane, Jira, and Splunk.
• Experience in Telecom OSSBSS API testing is preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Telecom OSSBSS domains.
