Description

Provide production support for transactional banking applications including mobile banking, internet banking, ATM, UPI, and BBPS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health using APM tools like Dynatrace to detect anomalies.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform application server restarts to restore service.
• Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and downstream teams to resolve incidents and manage security patch activities.
• Execute Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills

• Linux administration experience.
• Proficiency with Httpd and Tomcat web servers.
• Strong SQL skills in PL/SQL and MySQL.
• Experience with Oracle shell scripting.
• Proven experience in production support for transactional banking domains.
• Familiarity with DR drill procedures.
• Experience with DevOps, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
