Description

You will architecturally compliant hybrid mobile applications while providing technical leadership to drive mobile-first outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architecture, security, and UXD teams to ensure applications meet technical and security standards.
• Define system specifications for new features by working with business analysts and tech leads.
• Develop technical guidelines and standards for mobile development.
• Perform unit testing and peer reviews to ensure code quality before QA handoff.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums and status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT development experience.
• Hybrid mobile application development using Ionic, Cordova/Phonegap, and Angular.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java.
• Strong front-end development skills with Angular 2+ and RxJS or NgRX.
• Experience consuming HTTP-based RESTful JSON APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Git, command line, and shell script development.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Jenkins, uDeploy, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with QA automation and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with offshore teams to delegate and manage project handoffs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of iOS or Android native development.
• Experience in the benefits outsourcing, health, or insurance industries.
• Familiarity with TDD, static code analysis, and secure code scans.
