Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of customer-facing iOS applications, including meal planning and eCommerce apps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of architecturally significant applications and programming specifications.
• Design, code, and unit test application code following SDLC best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and create functional specifications.
• Support the full application lifecycle from concept and design through to testing, release, and maintenance.
• Mentor other developers and establish mobile application development standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in iOS application development.
• Proficiency with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Experience with Objective-C and Xcode.
• Strong understanding of GitHub and Jira.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Solid understanding of mobile development processes, from UI layout to backend systems and API integrations.
• Practical experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project planning for large-scale or highly complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in an iOS Developer Lead role.
