Description

Lead a mobile development team to architect and ship scalable iOS and Android applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage mobile developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Architect and develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Drive technical vision, strategy, and improvements to development processes and infrastructure.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Proven experience leading a team of developers.
• Extensive experience with iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.
• Extensive experience with Android development using Kotlin and Java.
• Proficiency with Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Knowledge of mobile security practices and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud services and APIs such as Firebase or AWS.
