Job Description:

Lead the modernization of the FacilityFit Pro (FFP) mobile platform supporting critical healthcare operations across iOS and Android. Drive the migration from Xamarin.Forms to .NET Multi-platform App UI (.NET MAUI), strengthen enterprise mobile security, and mentor developers while delivering reliable applications used daily by frontline healthcare teams.
Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience migrating Xamarin.Forms applications to .NET Multi-platform App UI (.NET MAUI).
• Senior-level experience developing enterprise mobile applications with C#.
• Experience implementing Mobile Single Sign-On (SSO) using OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Modernize Xamarin.Forms applications through migration to .NET MAUI while preserving business functionality.
• Design secure authentication using Mobile SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), secure credential storage, and enterprise identity services.
• Develop offline capabilities, synchronization, REST API integrations, and mobile workflows supporting healthcare operations.
• Mentor developers through architecture reviews, code reviews, engineering standards, and technical coaching.
• Support application releases through TestFlight, Google Play, Mobile Device Management (MDM), quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and production deployments
