Description

Lead the modernization of the FacilityFit Pro mobile platform for iOS and Android, migrating from Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI while ensuring enterprise security and mentoring the development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Migrate existing Xamarin.Forms applications to .NET MAUI, preserving core business functionality.
• Design and implement secure authentication using Mobile SSO, MFA, and secure credential storage.
• Build offline capabilities, synchronization logic, and REST API integrations for healthcare workflows.
• Mentor developers through architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of senior-level experience developing enterprise mobile applications with C#.
• Proven experience migrating Xamarin.Forms applications to .NET Multi-platform App UI (.NET MAUI).
• Strong implementation of Mobile Single Sign-On (SSO) using OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID for enterprise identity services.
• Proficiency in designing REST API integrations and mobile workflows.
• Familiarity with TestFlight, Google Play, MDM, QA, and UAT processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industry mobile development.
• Background in mentoring junior engineers and establishing engineering standards.
