Description

Lead the modernization of the FacilityFit Pro mobile platform for iOS and Android, migrating from Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing Xamarin.Forms applications to .NET MAUI while preserving business functionality.
• Design and implement secure authentication using Mobile SSO, MFA, and enterprise identity services.
• Develop offline capabilities, synchronization, and REST API integrations for healthcare workflows.
• Mentor developers through architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching.
• Manage application releases via TestFlight, Google Play, MDM, and QA processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of senior-level experience developing enterprise mobile applications with C#.
• Proven experience migrating Xamarin.Forms applications to .NET Multi-platform App UI (.NET MAUI).
• Strong understanding of Mobile Single Sign-On (SSO) using OpenID Connect (OIDC) and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft Entra ID for enterprise identity management.
• Proficiency in building secure credential storage and handling sensitive data.
• Demonstrated ability to design offline-first mobile architectures and synchronization logic.
• Familiarity with REST API integration and mobile workflow development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industry mobile development.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies and deployment strategies.
