Description

You manage the full lifecycle of mobile devices and wireless accounts while providing technical support for hardware and software. You will own the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes for a diverse mobile environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage wireless accounts, including equipment provisioning, data plan activations, and user acknowledgment forms.
• Perform initial user setup for email, calendars, contacts, and mobile accounts on Android and iOS devices.
• Maintain wireless databases, inventory, and audit supplies in adherence to state policies.
• Process wireless invoicing and personal usage summaries, coordinating with vendors on rate plans and new products.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for all wireless equipment, PCs, laptops, thin clients, and printers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support and device management.
• Proficiency with Android and iOS operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Outlook.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting Microsoft hardware/software.
• Experience with Cisco VPN software, Lan Desk, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade PCs, laptops, thin clients, and printers.
• Competency in using service desk software for documenting and closing service calls.
• Familiarity with McAfee virus scan and imaging software.
