Description

You will own the end-to-end process of diagnosing and resolving technical issues for mobile voice and data services.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for software and hardware issues.
• Gather detailed information from customers to determine the root cause of problems.
• Guide customers through resolution steps via phone, email, or chat.
• Document technical knowledge in manuals and internal notes.
• Conduct product validation for new and existing products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong Android debugging skills, including ADB usage.
• Strong device debugging skills, including QXDM usage.
• LTE technical knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open issues concurrently.
• Aptitude for understanding wireless technology application to customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
