You will diagnose and resolve technical issues for mobile voice and data services, ensuring product quality through validation and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on mobile devices.
• Gather detailed information to determine root causes of reported problems.
• Guide customers through resolution steps via phone, email, or chat.
• Document technical knowledge in manuals and internal notes.
• Conduct product validation for new and existing products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Strong Android debugging skills, including ADB usage.
• Strong device debugging skills, including QXDM usage.
• Knowledge of LTE technical standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open issues concurrently.
• Understanding of wireless technology applications for customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile voice services troubleshooting.
