Description

You will manage end-to-end testing and validation for wireless products and accessories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and revise test plans, procedures, and quality standards for wireless hardware and software.
• Manage the cross-functional bug reporting process and execute software upgrades using OEM tools.
• Validate OEM and partner results through regression testing and ad-hoc testing.
• Compile test data, collect logs, and write engineering reports for OEMs and fix agents.
• Perform root cause analysis on customer-reported issues and conduct field testing to reproduce bugs.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in Mobile Testing.
• 7 years of experience with Android.
• 5 years of experience with automation tools such as Spirent or Eggplant.
• Proficiency in logging with QXDM and QCAT.
• Understanding of LTE and 5G RF and Core technologies.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
