Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for wireless products, hardware, and accessories.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document test plans, procedures, and quality standards for software and hardware.
• Manage the cross-functional bug reporting process and perform root cause analysis on customer-reported issues.
• Execute regression test plans to validate OEM results, maintenance releases, and security updates.
• Troubleshoot issues through log monitoring and field testing to reproduce defects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Mobile Testing and Android environments.
• 5+ years of experience with automation tools such as Spirent or Eggplant.
• Proficiency with QXDM and QCAT logging tools.
• Strong understanding of LTE and 5G RF and Core technologies.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to both internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Experience managing device activation and deactivation cycles.
