Description

You will own the mobile engineering lifecycle by automating processes and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and extend the in-house mobile CI pipeline using Jenkins and Vagrant.
• Build custom tooling in Python to improve developer productivity and automate app releases.
• Triage build pipeline failures and support production systems through incident management.
• Define dashboards to monitor production services and configure alerting on live systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify common problems and implement automated solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a mobile engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming.
• Practical knowledge of developing and releasing applications within the Android ecosystem.
• Mastery of Android SDK, Gradle build systems, and dependency management.
• Experience with Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of AWS services and basic DevOps concepts.
• Hands-on experience with continuous delivery for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with C/C++ and Android NDK.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or Prometheus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing and troubleshooting complex mobile environments.
