Description

You will design and develop advanced Android applications targeting Android v12 and above, including printer interfacing solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Android applications targeting Android v12 and above.
• Implement and maintain printer interfacing solutions using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, or proprietary SDKs.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver features.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to device connectivity and printing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Android development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Android 12+ features, including scoped storage and privacy changes.
• Expertise in printer integration using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, or proprietary SDKs.
• Solid understanding of MVVM/MVP architecture and dependency injection (Dagger/Hilt).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Android applications.
