You will lead iOS and Android engineering teams to deliver high-quality mobile products and technical roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and review performance for iOS and Android engineers.
• Collaborate with product and design to define and execute mobile product roadmaps.
• Develop technical plans and manage architectural decisions for mobile experiences.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring security, performance, and availability standards.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and scope changes to remove team roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on mobile development.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role delivering customer-driven mobile products.
• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.
• Experience with mobile architectures such as MVVM or MVP.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies.
• Proven ability to articulate product vision and drive technical roadmaps.
• Expertise in managing engineering teams and fostering continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with global teams.
• Expertise in software design and architecture processes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and mobile security best practices.
