Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineers while staying close to the code—shaping architecture, reviewing critical changes, and working directly with the team to solve complex technical and production challenges.
• Own the technical direction of the mobile platform and help evolve it toward a modern, modular (Superapp-style) architecture that can support multiple products, teams, and customer journeys.
• Define how React Native and Expo are used end-to-end, including app structure, native integrations, CI/CD, over-the-air updates, observability, performance, and App Store / Google Play delivery.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Platform, and engineering leadership to translate business priorities into a mobile platform that can move quickly without sacrificing quality or maintainability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing software engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in React Native mobile application development.
• Demonstrated ability to shape and lead technical architecture decisions for large-scale applications.
• Experience with CI/CD, over-the-air updates, and mobile app deployment processes.
• Proficiency in code review and technical mentorship
