Description

You will validate mobile device user experience and cellular connectivity through field testing and root cause analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and run test cases for mobile calling, data, and battery performance scenarios.
• Collect device and modem logs to perform root cause analysis on cellular issues.
• Conduct regression, sanity, and connectivity testing across Android and iOS platforms.
• Perform design validation, system testing, and coexistence testing for mobile devices.
• Analyze protocol specifications and call flows to debug network issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile device testing and cellular network validation.
• Proficiency with Android Debug Bridge (ADB) for device interaction.
• Hands-on experience with QXDM, Bugzilla, Spirent, Anritsu, and callbox.
• Technical knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies, including LTE and CDMA protocols.
• Ability to work within Agile development methodologies and software release cycles.
• Familiarity with Bluetooth and WiFi protocols.
• Experience using network emulators and Spirent Umetrix Voice & Data tools.
