Description

You will lead a squad of 10 engineers in designing and delivering complex mobile applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed team to drive tasks to completion and meet deadlines.
• Design and develop native applications using Objective-C, Swift, Java, and Kotlin, from prototypes to large-scale systems.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for your squad and act as a lead in client-facing environments.
• Conduct code reviews for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with Scrum masters and onshore/offshore teams to deliver software.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of native mobile engineering experience with a portfolio of published iOS and Android apps.
• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java.
• Deep knowledge of mobile architecture and design patterns.
• Expertise in designing testable software and building large-scale, complex applications.
• Experience leading globally distributed development teams.
• Strong understanding of mobile app frameworks and web services.
• Working knowledge of common mobile build tools.
• Understanding of performance optimization, hardware compatibility, and versioning strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
