Description

You will own the quality assurance process for Android and iOS mobile applications, ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous manual testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design effective test scenarios and scripts.
• Execute manual testing across various devices, OS versions, screen resolutions, and network conditions.
• Perform functional, usability, compatibility, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard tracking tools.
• Validate API integrations, data validation, and backend interactions as applicable.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in manual testing of mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in testing native Android and/or iOS apps.
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools: Jira, Zephyr, TestRail.
• In-depth understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Android OS versions, device fragmentation, and Play Store workflows.
• Experience with iOS versions, Apple guidelines, and App Store workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
