Description

You will own performance testing across mobile application stacks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks in applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed performance test plans, scripts, scenarios, and reports.
• Provide performance tuning recommendations for applications, databases, and servers.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve identified performance issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter for test development and execution.
• Experience monitoring system performance using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, NewRelic, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Ability to participate in requirement analysis to define non-functional requirements.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).
