Description

You will lead the Mobile Platform Engineering team, overseeing mobile analytics, reporting, and the development of productivity applications within an Intune-based environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team to drive continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Oversee mobile analytics and reporting functions to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Manage the development and implementation of user-centric mobile productivity applications.
• Resolve complex technical issues that exceed standard support capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leads to align project execution with the mobile roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Application Management (MAM).
• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of Intune design, architecture, and security protocols.
• Technical proficiency with iOS and Android operating systems.
• Experience designing, testing, and optimizing mobile solutions for large user bases.
• Strong project management skills, including defining plans and managing risks.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Ability to work UK working hours.
