Description

Lead technical direction and hands-on development for mission-critical iOS applications and backend microservices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, performant iOS applications using Swift.
• Design and maintain backend microservices and external APIs to support mobile-first capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across front-end and back-end systems, including third-party integrations.
• Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Advocate for Extreme Programming (XP) methodologies and continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Swift for iOS development.
• Experience in technical decision-making and implementing maintainable architectural solutions.
• Strong debugging skills for both client-side and server-side systems.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and mentor other engineers.
• Experience with automation and writing high-quality tested code.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Backend API development using Node.js.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Background in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Retail, or E-commerce industries.
