Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features and platform capabilities for mobile applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and business objectives into user stories, technical specs, and sprint deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into workflows.
• Own and prioritize the AI feature backlog, aligning it with product goals and platform evolution.
• Develop and maintain execution roadmaps, timelines, and release plans for model development and deployment.
• Track delivery performance metrics, including velocity, cycle time, and release quality, driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in product management or product ownership.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience in mobile or SaaS environments.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning, analytics, or public safety domains.
