Description

You will own mobile quality assurance and automation for Android applications built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test frameworks using Appium for Android UI testing.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines with Bitrise for mobile builds and releases.
• Execute API testing for REST endpoints using JSON payloads.
• Perform secure coding reviews, specifically addressing PII and PCI data handling.
• Debug mobile issues using ADB and Logcat.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile quality assurance or automation.
• Proficiency with Appium for mobile UI automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Bitrise for mobile workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Ability to perform API testing for REST/JSON services.
• Understanding of secure coding practices for PII and PCI compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Android debugging tools including ADB and Logcat.
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as LambdaTest.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose in a production Android environment.
• Background in secure coding practices for PII and PCI data handling.
